Job summary

NYU Langone Hospital—Suffolk is seeking an Analyst, Performance Analytics to support Hospital Operations. The role collects, enters and interprets data, develops KPIs and generates reports to aid quality improvement.

You will maintain databases, build dashboards in Tableau, run queries across Vizient CDBRM, ODB and other databases, and provide analytical support to the quality management team, applying LEAN principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare analytics, Public Health or related field.
• 1–2 years Healthcare Analytics experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Advanced MS Office and data reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports performance dashboards in Tableau and generates reports.
• Runs queries from Vizient CDBRM, ODB and other databases; refreshes monthly/weekly.
• Prepares meeting materials for quality committees and provides data analyses.
• Writes reports using Epic reporting workbench and Epic Clarity.
• Supports LEAN-based quality and process improvement projects.
• Assists with daily department systems operations and provides technical support.
