Qualifications

• 3+ years designing and editing digital ad creative, preferably in performance marketing.

• Proficient in editing video and adapting existing content, not just creating from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Design and edit digital ad creative with emphasis on video, GIFs, and UGC-style clips across campaigns.
• Adapt existing video, photo, and UGC content into multiple ad variations per platform specs.
• Leverage AI tools to speed up production and scale testing of assets.
• Translate briefs into creative that fits brand voice and performance goals.
• Think hooks, pacing, and testing structure; own concepts end-to-end.
• Collaborate with marketing and agency partners to move multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Monitor ad performance and fatigue signals; iterate on top and under-performing assets.
• Maintain brand consistency while adapting tone for each platform and audience.
• Manage multiple briefs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
