Qualifications

• Knowledge of AI creative/editing tools to speed up production and testing
• Understanding of platform ad specs and performance drivers on major networks
• Ability to own concepts from messaging to final asset without direct reports

Responsibilities

• Design and edit digital ad creative with emphasis on video, GIFs, and UGC-style clips for paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and TikTok
• Edit and adapt existing video, photo, and UGC content into platform-optimized ad variations
• Use AI-driven editing processes to accelerate production and testing cycles
• Partner with marketing and social media to translate briefs into consistent, high-performing creative
• Strategize hooks, pacing, and testing structures while shaping creative approaches
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to move production across brands
• Monitor ad performance dashboards and iterate on assets based on fatigue signals
• Maintain brand consistency across brands while adapting tone to platforms and audiences
• Manage multiple briefs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
