Job summary

Corgi Insurance Inc. is seeking a Digital Advertising Designer to craft the visual creative for our paid acquisition campaigns. You will design across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube and more, producing multiple variations to test messages and formats.

This role centers on performance-driven advertising rather than traditional branding. You will work closely with growth and advertising teams to translate insights into compelling media, iterate quickly, and maintain a scalable creative production

Qualifications

• Experience designing for digital advertising, paid social, or growth marketing.
• Strong visual design fundamentals and ability to convey messages quickly.
• Experience with Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube advertising platforms.
• Excellent typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills.

Responsibilities

• Design digital advertisements across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms.
• Create static ads, carousels, display media, short-form video, and other formats.
• Translate concepts and performance insights into compelling visuals.
• Develop multiple variations to test different hooks, messaging, layouts, and CTAs.
• Adapt media for different audiences, products, markets and platforms.
• Iterate on concepts to produce new iterations based on performance data.
• Maintain a consistent but flexible visual language across campaigns.
• Produce landing-page visuals and conversion-focused assets when needed.
• Edit and produce short-form video content for paid advertising.
• Manage a high-volume media production process with rapid iteration.
