Job summary

VTP Holdings, LLC seeks experienced PICC Registered Nurses for per diem vascular access support across acute care, SNF, and home health settings. Responsibilities include placing PICCs and IVs under ultrasound guidance, confirming tips with ECG, managing CVADs, and providing port access and declotting services.

Candidates should have active RN licenses, 3+ years acute care, BLS, and the ability to travel to various facilities, with smartphone scheduling and independent work capability.

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Experience placing PICCs, midlines, or vascular access devices using ultrasound
• Experience placing ultrasound-guided IVs (USGIVs)
• Experience in vascular access device (VAD) management, care and troubleshooting
• American Heart Association BLS Certification
• Valid driver’s license, active auto insurance and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and meet scheduling requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of acute care RN experience
• Must possess a smartphone
• Must LOVE vascular access

Responsibilities

• Place PICCs, midlines, and peripheral IVs using ultrasound guidance
• Utilize ECG technology for PICC tip confirmation
• Assist with management of PICCs and other vascular access devices
• Provide vascular access support services including port access, line removal, and declotting
• Educate facility nursing staff on PICCs, midlines, and other CVADs
