Job summary

VTP Holdings, LLC is seeking experienced PICC RNs with recent vascular access experience for a per diem role. Prior independent PICC insertion is required and PICC certification training is not provided.

As a Vascular Access Nurse Consultant, you’ll collaborate with hospital and facility teams to resolve venous access issues, perform PICCs, midlines, and IVs, and educate staff across care settings. This role offers flexible shifts with travel to patient sites and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an active license.
• 3+ years of acute care RN experience required.
• Experience placing PICCs, midlines or vascular devices.
• USGIV experience and vascular access device management.

Responsibilities

• Place PICCs, midlines, and peripheral IVs using ultrasound guidance.
• Use ECG for PICC tip confirmation.
• Manage PICCs and other vascular access devices.
• Provide port access, line removal, and declotting support.
• Educate facility nurses on PICCs and CVADs.
