Job summary

Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital in Hood River, OR seeks an Ultrasound Tech for per diem day shifts. You will perform ultrasound exams per physician orders, using advanced equipment and adapting to each patient’s needs while maintaining quality imaging and patient comfort.

Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Board eligible for ARDMS certification.
• Oregon Sonographer license or temporary license on hire.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association on hire.
• ARDMS certification within 6 months of hire for new grads.
• New grads must obtain ARDMS certification within 6 months.
• New grads must have OBMI temporary license and obtain permanent license within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Performs ultrasound examinations according to physicians' orders.
• Uses a variety of ultrasound equipment while considering patient needs.

Clinical ultrasound experience
