Abbott is seeking a per-diem RN trainer to provide in-home training for Acelis Connected Health’s PT/INR customers. You will set up remote training appointments, travel to patient homes, and teach proper use of equipment while ensuring secure handling of PHI.

The role requires current RN licensure and clinical experience, with preference for anticoagulation or homecare exposure. Travel is required, and the position supports remote work within defined locations.

Qualifications

• Trainer must have clinical experience.
• Current RN license.
• Direct experience/exposure to anticoagulation management or homecare is preferred.
• No lifting over 15 pounds required without assistance.

Responsabilités

• Remotely set up training appointments with the customer/caregiver.
• Travel to the customer's home within the trainer's general geographic location.
• Demonstrate and instruct proper use and care of the PT/INR equipment.
• Explain test reporting options.
• Compile and submit patient training records electronically.
