Everleap Fertility in Waltham, MA is seeking a Per Diem Weekend Surgical Center Nurse to join our team. You will provide nursing care across pre-operative, surgical and post-operative stages and support the surgical team during procedures.

The role requires graduate nursing education, BLS/ACLS certification, and a minimum of 2 years surgical nursing experience; weekend shifts start early on Saturdays and Sundays with at least three shifts per month.

Formación

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
• BLS/ACLS – required.

Responsabilidades

• Provides emotional support to the patient during the pre-operative, operative and post-operative stages.
• Performs all pre-operative and post-operative required activities so that the movement of the surgical procedures are coordinated, ensuring quality patient care.
• Surgical - Assists in room setup, anticipates needs of the surgical team, performs surgical counts, transports patient and reports to recovery.
