  • Screens and evaluates residents and develops appropriate care plan.
  • Plans, directs, or conducts rehabilitative programs to restore communicative efficiency.
  • Administers, scores, and interprets specialized hearing and speech tests.
  • Instructs residents, families, and caregivers to monitor speech and practice new skills.
  • Completes required forms and documents; maintains patient records.
