Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have, or be eligible for, state licensure; CPR-AHA and ASHA credential within one year.

Responsibilities

• Examines, tests, diagnoses and administers remedial treatments for speech and language disorders.
• Evaluates patients and documents results; confers with associates and uses corrective exercises.
• Maintains communication with patients about progress, home programs and issues related to therapy.
• Assists with supervision and evaluation of supportive staff and students in the department.
