Qualifications

• Graduate of a Speech Language Pathologist Program with corresponding Entry Level Degree required.
• Previous experience in clinical setting preferred, but not required.
• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist by the State of New Hampshire required within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for patient evaluation by conducting medical record reviews.
• Evaluate skilled therapy needs and develop a prioritized treatment plan.
• Perform treatments effectively and efficiently.
• Establish and implement discharge plans for patients.
• Provide clinical supervision to assistants.
• Update treatment plans and communicate with the care team.
