Laurel Manor Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Stratford, NJ is seeking a per diem Speech Language Pathologist to join our compassionate rehabilitation team.

You will conduct evaluations, provide therapy per treatment plans, document results, and collaborate with therapy staff to support patients’ speech and swallowing goals.

Qualifications

• NJ Speech Language Pathologist license (state licensure).
• Experience in long-term care / skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage diverse patient needs and personalities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with therapy teams and Rehab Department.
• Complete evaluations and documentation.
• Provide recommendations to support communication assessments.
• Deliver speech therapy per treatment plans.
• Address speech, dysphagia, and overall communication ability.
• Manage treatment documentation and notes in electronic records.
• Familiar with PDPM and SLP screening.
• Align therapies with Medicaid/Medicare billing.
