Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist - Per Diem to join our team in New York. Must be a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to apply, with a commitment to quality care in a skilled nursing facility.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree (MA/MS) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
