Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year’s experience working with older adult population related to therapies is preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Current valid state license in occupational therapy Assistant, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with guidelines and company policies.
• Supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implementing personal care plans focused on residents' strengths and routines.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary clinical team on resident care.
