Good Shepherd Rehabilitation in Bethlehem seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide rehabilitative services for patients with communication or swallow impairments. You will document evaluations, diagnoses and outcomes, educate families, and assist with discharge planning as needed. Per diem with day shift and varying as required.

CFY candidates are considered; PA license and CCC-SLP are required, with ongoing professional development and collaboration with the care team.

Formación

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA.
• Licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• CFY candidates considered.

Responsabilidades

• Provide rehabilitative services to patients with reduced communication or swallow function.
• Document, date and authenticate assessments, diagnoses, prognosis and interventions.
• Assist with discharge planning and home instructions.
• Educate patients, families and students; contribute to professional development.
