Zusammenfassung

Sutter Imaging Elk Grove, part of Sutter Health, seeks an experienced Sonographer to perform routine and specialized ultrasound studies with high diagnostic quality. You will work independently, detailing findings for physicians while maintaining patient comfort and safety in a Per Diem setting.

Candidates should have an accredited sonography program, ARDMS and BLS upon hire, and possess multiple certifications as required for Level II/III. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifikationen

• Graduation from an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program or equivalent
• ARDMS certification upon hire
• BLS for healthcare providers upon hire
• Two of Abdomen/Breast/Fetal Echo/Ob/Gyn/Pediatric/Vascular certs required for Level II/III

Aufgaben

• Perform routine and specialized sonography procedures of moderate to high complexity
• Operate independently with sound clinical judgment
• Provide patient assessment, monitoring and communication
• Mentor staff or orient other department members as needed
• Adhere to privacy/safety regulations and department policies
