Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited formal Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program or ARDMS evidencing completion of a Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
• ARDMS certification within required timeframe
• BLS Healthcare Provider Certification upon hire

Responsibilities

• Follows defined diagnostic sonography procedures to deliver high quality images for diagnosis and treatment
• Integrates education, technical competence and patient interaction to deliver accurate results
• Adheres to privacy, safety, and regulatory policies to protect patient information and ensure timely reporting
• Builds collaborative relationships with healthcare providers to support departmental objectives
