BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for per diem home health visits in Sinking Spring and surrounding areas. The role supports adult and geriatric patients in their homes and involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Applicants should hold PA licensure as an SLP, ASHA CCC-SLP (or equivalent), and have EMR experience. Prior home care experience is a plus, but not required.

Formación

• Must hold a Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Possess ASHA CCC-SLP or equivalent qualifications.
• May be eligible if completing required education and supervision for certification.
• Be in process of accumulating supervised experience for certification.

Responsabilidades

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform evaluations to diagnose and treat speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on evaluations and physician orders.
• Collaborate with BAYADA clinicians in multidisciplinary care plans.
• Educate patients and family members in rehabilitative care and independence.
• Document observations and interventions using EMR on a tablet.

Educación

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Pennsylvania

ASHA CCC-SLP or equivalent

Equivalent education and supervised experience requirements

Awaiting ASHA examination eligibility
