Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a per diem opportunity delivering home health visits to adult and geriatric clients in Lancaster and Lebanon counties. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating speech, language, communication, or swallowing disorders, developing and adjusting treatment plans, and educating patients and families.

Strong documentation and EMR skills are required; licensure in the state is mandatory with CC C from ASHA

Qualifications

• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in STATE (US).
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech from ASHA, or equivalent credentials and be eligible for examination.
• Experience with EMR systems preferred.
• Solid computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, or swallowing difficulties.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on evaluations and goals.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care and home safety.
• Document observations and interventions in EMR on a tablet.
