Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC) in Springfield, MA. The role splits time between Loomis Lakeside at Reeds Landing and an on-campus Senior Living Community, with flexibility to join other local PRN rosters.

CCC credentials and SNF experience are required. The team focuses on compassionate, collaborative care, with strong documentation practices and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy in a sub-acute/SNF setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
• Must have SLP license or be license eligible to practice in MA.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Be flexible with hours and able to work per diem.
• Must have CCCs and SNF experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/SNF facility setting.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff to support resident care.
