Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC, in Springfield, MA, is hiring a Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC) to work in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility and a Senior Living Community on campus. The role splits time between Loomis Lakeside at Reeds Landing and on-site care teams. The ideal candidate holds CCCs, an SLP license or eligibility in Massachusetts, and SNF experience.

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook/Office and electronic documentation is expected. Pay range $55-$60/hr.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
• Possess a current Speech Language Pathologist license or be license eligible to practice in MA.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and experience with electronic documentation.
