Preferred Therapy Solutions in Holden, MA is seeking a Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC) to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab team.

The role requires a current MA SLP license or eligibility, CCCs, and proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel for electronic documentation. You will collaborate with rehab and nursing staff and provide compassionate therapy in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current SLP license in MA or be license eligible.
• CCC certification required; CFY eligible considered.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word and Excel; electronic documentation experience.

Responsibilities
