A Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC) is needed in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in Lenox, MA. Join a wonderful facility with a supportive rehab director and team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Speech Language Pathologist license or be license eligible.
• CCC certification required for the role.
• Experience in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive therapy in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a team setting.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic systems.
• Be flexible with hours and contribute to a positive patient outcome.
