Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions seeks a Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC) to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab team in Hanover, NH. The role requires CCCs and offers flexibility to per diem schedules.

You will collaborate with other rehab therapists and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive therapy, maintain accurate documentation in electronic systems, and participate in ongoing education to stay current with best practices.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a team environment.
• Possess a current SLP license or be license eligible in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Outlook, Word, Excel and electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting; flexible hours.
