Jefferson Healthcare in Washington, DC area is seeking a per diem Short Stay RN to join the Surgical Services team. You will provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care to patients recovering from surgery or awaiting admission, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety and efficiency.

Requirements include current Washington RN license, AHA BLS, ACLS within 30 days, BSN preferred, and 1 year of pre/post‑op or PACU/ICU/ED experience.

Qualificações

• Current Washington State RN license in good standing required
• AHA BLS required
• ACLS required within 30 days of employment
• BSN preferred
• Specialty areas may require additional experience, certifications, and licenses
• One year pre/post op preferred
• One year PACU/Med Surg/ICU/ED experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals recovering from surgical procedures or awaiting inpatient admission
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient care
• Support observation or short-term post-operative care as part of Surgical Services
