Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN license in good standing required.
• Current AHA BLS required.
• ACLS required within 30 days of employment.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• One year of pre/post op preferred.
• One year of PACU/Med Surg/ICU/ED experience preferred.

Jefferson Healthcare is seeking a part-time Short Stay RN to join our dynamic team in the Surgical Services department.

As a Short Stay RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals recovering from surgical procedures or awaiting inpatient admission. This unit typically supports patients requiring observation or short-term post-operative care. The RN works collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care.
