Jefferson Healthcare is seeking a Critical Care RN to join the ICU team on a per diem basis in Port Townsend, WA. You will provide individualized care using the nursing process and collaborate with a supportive team to meet patient-centered outcomes.

Required Washington RN license, BLS and ACLS; NIHSS within 6 months of hire. ICU experience preferred; BSN preferred. Per diem schedule 0-16 hours/week with variable shifts. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifikationen

• Washington state RN license in good standing
• BLS Certification required
• ACLS Certification required
• NIHSS Certification required within 6 months of hire
• BSN preferred
• One-year ICU experience preferred

• Provide individualized Critical Care nursing to ICU patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
• Work as part of a team to meet patient needs and outcomes and guide support staff
• Promote patient-centered collaborative care and safety
