Job summary

NeighborHealth is seeking a Per Diem Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support the PACE Center in Revere and surrounding areas. The role covers day room staff absences, escorts to external appointments, and participation in daily activities for older adults.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, meals, and rehabilitation activities while maintaining safety during transport. You may float to other sites to support patient care needs throughout the program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• CNA or Home Health Aide certification.
• Experience with older adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist PACE Center participants with personal care, restorative rehabilitation, meals and activities.
• Accompany participants to transportation and appointments to ensure safety.
• Float to other sites as needed to support patient care across the program.
