Job summary

NeighborHealth Corporation in Revere, MA is seeking a per diem, part-time PCA to cover day room staff absences at PACE centers. You will assist participants with personal care, meals, and activities, and accompany them to appointments as needed.

The role supports daily operations and care planning, with potential float to other sites to assist patient care needs across the program. Requires CNA/HHA certification or equivalents.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED.
• CNA or Home Health Aide cert.
• Experience with older adults or frail populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal care, rehab, meals, and activities.
• Accompany participants to appointments and transportation for safety.
• May assist housing participants with morning care.
• Contribute ideas to activities program and daily operations.
