Lowell General Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Special Care Nursery on a per diem basis. The RN II will provide direct nursing care per physician orders and contribute to care planning for a designated patient group at the Main Campus Special Care Nursery.

The role requires MA RN licensure, 12 months to <3 years RN experience, and current BLS certification; BSN is preferred. The department emphasizes evidence-based practice, patient/family education, and collaboration with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN Licensure is required.
• 12 Months to <3 Years of RN experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Department-specific certifications may be required.

• Conducts and documents accurate clinical assessments.
