Lowell General Hospital is seeking an RN II for per diem shifts at the Saints Campus - Medical Day Care. The role provides professional nursing care to patients and families in line with physician orders and established policies.

The position requires MA RN licensure, 12 months to under 3 years of RN experience, and current BLS certification. BSN is preferred; department-specific certifications may be required. Pay is aligned with Tufts Medicine guidelines.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN Licensure required.
• 12 Months - Less than 3 years RN experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Department-specific certifications may be required.

Responsabilités

• Participates in and maintains awareness of performance improvement initiatives.
• Evaluates and integrates evidence-based practice into clinical care.
• Conducts and documents accurate clinical assessments.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates the patient’s individualized plan of care.
• Uses nursing judgment to tailor the plan of care to patient needs.
• Manages patient assignment and delegates appropriately within the team.
• Prepares comprehensive discharge planning and coordinates resources.
