• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

Responsabilités

• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care.
• Develops and implements individualized care plans.
• Document assessments and care plans according to policy.
• Coordinate discharge planning and referrals.
• Mentor and support new staff and preceptees.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives.
