Stand Out Home Care is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our field team across New Jersey. You will conduct initial assessments and develop tailored care plans, then perform ongoing reassessments to ensure quality and continuity of care.

You will lead field orientations for caregivers, collaborate with our administrative team on compliance and documentation, and travel to clients’ homes to deliver hands-on nursing care. Per diem role with mileage reimbursement and competitive pay.

Qualificações

• Active RN license in New Jersey (Required).
• Active CPR Certification.
• Travel to client locations across New Jersey is required.
• Experience in home care, hospice, or community health is a plus.
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and compassionate communication.
• Self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently.

• Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently.
