Job summary

Stand Out Home Care in New Jersey is seeking registered nurses to join our expanding field team. You will conduct initial assessments, develop tailored care plans, and coordinate with administrators to ensure accurate documentation.

Travel to client homes across multiple counties is a core part of the role. The ideal candidate will hold an active NJ RN license and CPR certification, with experience in home care or hospice being a plus.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey is required.
• Active CPR certification is required.
• Willingness and ability to travel to client locations.
• Prior home care, hospice, or community health experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN license in the state of New Jersey (Required).

• Willingness and ability to travel to various client locations.

• Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and compassionate communication.

• Self‑motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently.
