Stand Out Home Care in New Jersey is seeking dynamic Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our field team. Your Role:

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments for new clients to establish tailored care plans.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN license in the state of New Jersey (Required).
• Active CPR Certification
• Previous experience in home care, hospice, or community health settings is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel to various client locations.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently.
