Job summary

Stand Out Home Care in New Jersey is seeking Registered Nurses to join our field team. You will conduct initial assessments to tailor care plans and perform reassessments while traveling to clients' homes across the state.

Active NJ RN license and CPR certification are required, with home care or hospice experience seen as a plus. You’ll lead field orientations for caregivers and coordinate with our administrative staff to ensure compliant documentation.
