Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is seeking an RN to join our field team in New Jersey. This per diem role requires traveling to clients’ homes to deliver hands-on nursing care and to conduct initial assessments for tailored care plans.

Responsibilities include ongoing reassessments, leading caregiver orientations, and ensuring compliant documentation in collaboration with our administrative team. Applicants should hold an NJ RN license and CPR certification, with travel willingness a must.

Qualifications

Your Role:

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and compassionate communication.

• Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently.
