Hospice & Community Care in Lancaster, PA is seeking an RN for Continuous Home Care (private duty) across Lancaster, York and surrounding counties. This role collaborates with a care team to deliver compassionate end‑of‑life nursing in patients' homes.

Orientation totals two weeks full time with additional orientation over the next 16 weeks that can be more flexible; work hours require a minimum of 64 hours per two‑week pay period and at least 40 hours in a two‑week period.
