Job summary

Robert E Wailes MD A Professio is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse (RN) for our ambulatory surgery center specializing in pain management in California. The role offers variable weekday morning shifts with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

You will provide pre-operative and post-operative care, assist with procedures, start IVs, and administer IV conscious sedation. Qualification highlights include CA RN license, BLS, ACLS (or willingness to obtain) and strong patient-care skills.

Qualifications

• Current, active California RN license is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• ACLS certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
• Assist with procedures, including IV starts and IV conscious sedation.
• Maintain patient comfort and safety throughout perioperative process.
