You will provide patient education, ensure accurate documentation in EPIC, and contribute to a safe, high-quality patient care environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license required.
• ASN or Nursing Diploma required. BSN preferred.
• EMR experience, EPIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize subtle clinical changes.
• Provide safe, evidence-based medications, treatments, and hands-on care.
• Collaborate with physicians and advanced providers for timely care decisions.
• Educate patients and families to ensure understanding and preparation for next steps.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation to support continuity of care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and collaborative teamwork.
