Job summary
Benchmark Senior Living's Arbors of Shelburne in Shelburne, VT is seeking compassionate LPNs or RNs for per diem shifts across all hours. You will deliver nursing care in a warm, home-like setting and collaborate with a dedicated team to support residents and families.
The position offers per diem opportunities on all shifts, with pay up to $42 per hour plus shift differentials. Experience with elder care is highly valued; state licensure and CPR certification are required.
Qualifications
- Current state license as an LPN or RN and CPR certification.
- Graduate of an approved LPN/RN program; meet state requirements.
- 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred, elder care desirable.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care to residents in a warm, home-like environment.
- Assess, document, and communicate residents’ status accurately.
- Supervise and mentor Resident Care Assistants and Lead RCAs.
- Coordinate care with providers and family per regulations.
- Respond to emergencies and support resident independence.
