Job summary

The Arbors of Shelburne, part of Benchmark Senior Living, is seeking RN and LPN staff for a Part Time Overnight position in Shelburne, Vermont. Earn up to $42 per hour with shift differentials in a warm, home-like memory care community.

As an RN or LPN, you will deliver nursing care, assess residents, document status, and collaborate with the care team to support independence and safety. Eligible candidates hold an LPN license and CPR, with 1–2 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program.
• 1–2 years nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with elderly care desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess, communicate, and document residents’ status.
• Observe and report changes in health to care team per state regulations.
• Direct and supervise daily work of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentor Lead RCAs in job duties.
• Coordinate care needs with community providers via case management.
• Balance service demands with resident independence.
• Recognize and report elder abuse per state regulations.
