Responsibilities include administering medications, responding to resident requests, updating care plans, and following safety and HIPAA requirements. Current MA LPN/RN license and CPR/AED are required; prior dementia care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• MA LPN/RN license with current CPR and AED.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience in a hospital or long-term care facility.
• Experience with dementia is preferred.
• Proficient with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications per policy and ensure accurate documentation.
• Respond to resident requests and monitor care needs.
• Update care plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in QA and safety protocols.
• Maintain shift-to-shift communication and incident reporting.
