North Hill Needham Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse for a full-time, 32-hour night shift position in Needham, MA. The role emphasizes resident care coordination, medication administration, and collaboration with the clinical team.

Ideal candidates hold MA LPN/RN licensure, CPR/AED certification, and at least 2 years of nursing experience, preferably with dementia care. EMR proficiency is preferred and a strong commitment to safety and HIPAA is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications per policy and regulatory requirements with accurate documentation.
• Respond to resident requests and coordinate with Care Partners.
• Monitor resident care and update care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Respond to PERS calls promptly and escalate as needed.
• Ensure safety, infection control, and OSHA compliance in daily tasks.
• Participate in QA programs and cost-effective supply use.
