North Hill—an established, not-for-profit senior living community in Needham, MA—seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant for per diem, enhanced living duties. You will partner with residents to provide person-centered care, including ADLs and meal service, within an Assisted Living/Enhanced Living setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CNA course of study documented by an organization approved through the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered care including ADLs and meal preparation/serving.
• Follow Medicare requirements and agency policies for care and services.
• Follow written plan of care and ensure training by Wellness Nurse.
• Complete required annual education on time.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and participate in team meetings.
