Job summary
A leading senior care facility in Needham, MA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse for per diem shifts. The role includes providing nursing care, assisting in medication administration, collaborating with the clinical team, and updating individual Resident care plans. Candidates must have a current Massachusetts nursing license, CPR certification, and at least 2 years of nursing experience. Qualifications

- Experience with dementia patients preferred.
- Ability to work with diverse populations.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care according to industry standards.
- Assist in administering medications and document accurately.
- Monitor Resident care and collaborate with the clinical team.
- Participate in QA programs and complete incident reports.
