Job summary

AdventHealth in Maitland, Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Hemodialysis unit. This PRN position supports quality care, performs comprehensive assessments, and advances patient health with individualized plans of care.

The role requires an RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, and experience in nephrology nursing. Day and night shifts with a supportive team and opportunities for professional growth are available.

Qualifications

Requires RN licensure (Florida) and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.
Associate's degree is required; a BSN is preferred for advancement.
Two years Hemodialysis RN experience is preferred.
Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and plan care.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care and meet quality standards for the department.
Perform timely assessments including physiological, psychological and spiritual factors.
Develop and implement individualized plans of care with measurable goals.
Communicate effectively with patients, families and the interdisciplinary team.
