AdventHealth in Maitland, Florida is seeking a Hemodialysis RN to support patient care in a fast-paced unit. The role focuses on comprehensive assessments, care planning, and teamwork to optimize patient outcomes.

You will perform timely evaluations, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and ensure infection control and medication safety while delivering compassionate patient care. RN licensure and dialysis experience preferred; BLS/ACLS/PALS required.

Qualifications

• Two years of current Hemodialysis RN experience preferred.
• RN licensure required with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Ability to work as part of a unit-based team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Supports quality standards and drives nursing education within the unit.
• Completes timely assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental and sociocultural factors.
• Develops plans of care and sets measurable short- and long-range goals.
• Prioritizes follow-up assessments and updates plans as needed.
• Ensures infection prevention and medication safety.
• Promotes an exceptional patient experience through effective communication.
