AdventHealth in Maitland, FL is seeking a PRN Night Hemodialysis RN to join our faith-based team. This role provides holistic patient care, emphasizes patient communication, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to uphold quality standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• RN License, BLS, ACLS, PALS required.

Responsabilités

• Perform timely holistic patient assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, and spiritual factors.
• Plan and implement individualized care plans with measurable short and long-range goals.
• Prioritize follow-up assessments and modify plans of care as needed.
• Interpret diagnostic data and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure infection prevention and medication safety; communicate effectively with patients and families.
• Complete thorough hand-offs with the team in all situations.
